As an experienced detective coach, I recognise the unparalleled day to day bravery, behind the scenes encounters, and pressurised environments that courageous individuals endure in service of community transformation.
Here I share some of the anonymous key findings of a detective coach, findings that connect the pieces of a larger jigsaw, painting a picture of positive cultural change and importantly, the grit, determination and leadership required by those that dare to challenge the status quo.
