Join me on a coaching journey, integrating your unique Character Strengths to uncover your best self.

Based on years of scientific research character strengths provide the first common cross-cultural language of character to describe what is best about humans. Character strengths are different from personal strengths, skills, or interests, they reflect our personal identity and produce positive outcomes for ourselves and others.

Character strengths and virtues are a scientifically-validated pathway to help individuals improve their lives, work, relationships, and happiness. Knowing your strengths and values, what’s core to you, what you believe in has the potential to transform your life and job satisfaction with a key focus on wellbeing, resilience and performance.

Top Strengths (Signature Strengths) are core to who you are and are likely where your highest energy is. They are probably a driving force for you, what motivates you.

Taken from the Classification of Character Strengths and turned into Superpowers.

Below are just three of the full 24 Character Strengths. These are the areas that energise you naturally, effortless abilities we too often overlook in our western societies.
