One-to-One Coaching

Coaching is for everyone and can also be effective at times when you feel things are running smoothly.

Coaching with Cate has made me reflect more on what is important to me, both in work and my wider life outside of work, considering what motivates me and why I am motivated in the specific ways I am, for the specific objectives I am. Since our sessions I have internally reflected more on what drives me and what I want from life outside of work which is a particularly important skill given the high intensity and stress levels of the job that I do.

Working one-to-one with a values-driven conceptually creative approach gives you the space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters in both your work and personal life. It’s a supportive, collaborative process designed to help you overcome blocks, deepen your self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable progress that aligns with your values, vision, and wellbeing.
